Pathfinder is roasted to highlight the incredible terrior of the coffees it contains, bringing them together to create a blend that is captivating and unique.
The Tsebel washing station is located in Yirgacheffe, a region in Ethiopia famed for producing some of the most delicious coffee in the world. This is our first directly traded coffee from Ethiopia. Coffee regulations are changing, which means we are now able to source coffee with an even higher level of transparency, such as Tsebel.
We have also included crops from El Salvador and Kenya to create this inherently sweet and complex blend. San Antonio, a coffee produced by our direct trader partner, Carlos Pola, provides balance to the cup whilst Gitchathaini adds vibrancy and brightness.
