Farmer Solomon Adriano Yunda has been a member of the Comepcafe Cooperative, our long standing farming partners, since 2014. Solomon’s farm, Pedregal, sits high within the mountainous Cauca region - known for it’s rich volcanic soils that have been used to grow coffee for 20 years.

This beautiful coffee is washed highlighting the exemplary qualities and flavour profiles typical of this region. Due to the high altitudes of the region, coffees grown here are known to be extremely balanced and well rounded with a clean delicate finish.
