Every coffee has a different story to tell. And this applies right across the supply chain. From the producers, harvesters and importers, right the way through to the roasters, baristas and finally, the end drinker. But every story must begin somewhere. And with coffee, it’s at the producer who grows it.
Gustavo Charry is a multi-generational farmer. His parents were growers which meant that Gustavo was born and raised in the countryside surrounded by coffee trees. Coffee has always had a special place in his life. His wife and children help him operate the farm too. La Primavera has 25,000 trees over seven hectares of land, near the little town of Planadas. Gustavo’s coffee has been used as one of the many coffees that we bring together to create a community lot from the area.
We’ve regularly featured Gustavo’s coffee over the years and it’s a pleasure to exhibit his incredible work which is a great example of Colombian coffee. The cup itself is juicy. Really juicy. Expect a clean, sweet coffee with citrus-like qualities

Roast & despatch days are currently Monday to Friday. All orders placed after midnight on Thursday will be roasted and despatched on Monday.
ROAST TYPE
We create a new and unique profile for each coffee we roast. Although the profiles are different, our approach is always the same, to highlight and accentuate the flavours created at the farm and mill. This means we don’t label our coffees as espresso, filter, dark or light roast. All of our coffees are omni-roast, meant to be delicious however you brew. We believe the heart of speciality is keeping the identity and character of every coffee intact and alive, no matter the brew method.
